  Avoid...poor service and overpriced. Purchased a pair of hiking boots from the Merrell DFO outlet for $255 that were not on sale. 30 minutes after purchasing realised that Anaconda were selling the exact same boots for $202. Went back to the Merrell DFO outlet on the same day to see if they would price match or offer some form of compensation, which they didn't. I then asked for a refund to which I was informed that refunds were not given, even though the boots were purchased 1 hour ago, unworn and still untouched in the box. I was not informed of this prior to purchasing but the assistant manager pointed to a sign at the register and the fine print on the receipt (which I obviously received after purchasing). The receipt states "...do not normally offer refunds..." When I asked the assistant manager what is considered "normal" and under what circumstances refunds are given, she replied that as they are an outlet store they don't offer refunds. The policy statement on the receipt and the information from the assistant manager are conflicting and misleading. The assistant manager offered no refund and no form of compensation. So I guess I will have to accept the fact I payed 25% more for a pair of boots I bought from a Merrell factory outlet. Anaconda are cheaper and offer a full refund, no questions asked. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.
